You can access your e-Statement by logging into your Internet Banking account and selecting the "e-Statements" option. Additionally, e-Statements are sent directly to your registered email address in PDF format.

If you haven’t received your e-Statement, check your spam or junk folder in your email. If it's still missing, make sure your email address is updated in the bank’s records, or contact DNS Bank’s customer support to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can view e-Statements for the past 12 months through your Internet Banking account. Simply select the relevant month and year to download the statement you need.
